Making . . (1) Kadak Chai:

1. Pour Milk and Water in Jar, in proportion required. Cover & switch on steam. 2. When hot, add masala & brew till taste. Only then add tea leaves (2g/cup) plus sugar, if required. 3. Cover & Brew till kadak chai ready as desired. Alarm sounds when ready.
     

Making . . (2) Other Items:

4. Pour thru Tea Sieve -your kadak chai is ready-maze’ se piyo!

5. In Thermal Jug, chai will remain fresh for
upto 30 mins.

6. Use more milk for (instant) coffee. Whisk lassi-style-G2G (glass to glass)!

     

1. Mix Soup powder in little room temperature water, add balance water & brew till done.

2. Add requisite amount of water to 2-min Noodles & cook
 till done.

3. Use Steam Basket attachment (optional extra) to make steamed corn/ green peas, in  fact, steam anything!  Even, warm lunch
without burning.
